Search for PRO-FRIENDS around the web and then, tell me what
you'd see. If you're also a buyer of Lancaster New City like me, you'd be
discouraged after that basic exercise. Kahit na mas marami ang pro-Lancaster at
maka PRO-FRIENDS sa totoong buhay ay mas bumebenta sa neutral readers ang
negative blogs and threads. On Pinoyexchange.com, for instance, PRO-FRIENDS
"owns" 70% yata of the Home and Garden forum. Many of the users of
that thread are posting about the developer, good and bad. Pero mas maraming
bad.
Here's the thing: The internet is a wonderful tool to
communicate your ideals and principles. What I really, specifically, don't like
is the fact that the enemies of Property Company of Friends and its
chairman, Mr. Guillermo Choa, have been using the internet as a means to bash,
making it a bad tool. What's also interesting is that in their communication
materials, they are calling PROFRIENDS evil. Now tell me, who's the real evil
here? Shouldn't they be the evil ones because they use the internet as a bad
tool?
You'd also learn that these bashers are overstating facts
just so they could justify their extreme hate for PRO-FRIENDS. Example is the
flying roofs post of the infamous Lancaster Residences Blogspot (to the owner
of this Libelous blogspot, I know who you are...I just have not done anything
yet to break your trip).
It appears that this trying-hard-to-be journalist has
not been watching and reading the news. Glenda's eye passed through Cavite and
yet, Lancaster is mostly intact. The roofs that HE (take note!) has been
featuring probably just make up 1% of the project. I also heard that several of
the prime developments in Laguna (near Nuvali) had experienced the same roofing
destruction, if not worse.
I also HATE the fact that they are over-sensationalizing
Lancaster FLOODS. It flooded in Lancaster because it is Cavite-based and Cavite
was hit hard by Habagat last year. What a great liar and fact-twister this guys
is (shakes head).
And then, there are those Lancaster New City bashers who
thrive on Facebook and think that they can escape the law by simply changing their
profiles and using fake names.
Granted, not every group about PRO-FRIENDS on FB is bad. I
am mostly an inactive member of the best one, yung Lancaster Residences Unit
Homeowners, Inc. This group also used to have members who didn't have common sense,
but the times have changed and I'm glad the group is now slowly becoming a REAL
tool of community relations.
Something really annoying happened to the group recently!
Apparently, the members list still DID include pathetic people. This person, a
SHE (take note! and I also know HER real name before she changed it into an
alias), grabbed photos of our active members taken at their homes and outside
during the onslaught of Glenda. She then REPOSTED the photos (without
PERMISSION, mind you) to their "lungga of negativity" where she
gathered praises from her fellow pathetic people. Sana ma-realize niya someday
that doing that was really idiotic.
Speaking of this, "lungga of negativity"...there
used to be ONLY ONE active group on FB about PCFI and Lancaster. It's not
PROFRIENDS VICTIMS or PROFRIENDS PROBLEMS. Yun nga where I below now. Factions
happened when the ultra negative members have began annoying the original
administrators of the LR FB group with their, well, pointlessness. These banned
members then created PROFRIENDS PROBLEMS. Factions happened again inside this
negative group, which led to the creation of another negative group PROFRIENDS
VICTIMS.
You see why these PRO-FRIENDS bashers are interesting
despite their annoying tactics? They can't agree with each other; obviously,
majority of them may be doing this just for the money. The others are simply
crazy people without common sense.
